TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Welcome to Mizu Spa in Grand Baie, Mauritius. Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking a treatment or using our spa facilities. They explain the booking, payment and guest policies that apply to your visit.

Our therapists provide spa services for relaxation and general well-being. Treatments are not medical care, and no specific health outcome is promised.

 

 1. Booking and Reservations:

  • Appointments can be requested by phone, WhatsApp or in person and are subject to confirmation. Please check the treatment price, duration and inclusions when booking.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Contact our team promptly if your plans change. 

 

​ 2. Arrival and Late Policy:

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in.

  • Late arrival may shorten your treatment so that the next guest’s appointment can begin on time.

 

 

 3. Health and Wellness:

  • Please tell our team about relevant health conditions, allergies or injuries before your treatment so that suitability can be considered.

  • If you are pregnant, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before booking a spa treatment.

  • Some medical conditions may require clearance from a healthcare professional before a particular treatment can proceed.

 4. Payment and Gratuity: 

  • Payment is due at the end of your service. Mizu Spa accepts cash, credit cards and gift certificates.

 

 

 5. Spa Facilities: 

  • Facilities such as the steam room and Jacuzzi may require advance booking or an additional charge. Please confirm availability and any charges before use.

  • Please help maintain a calm, respectful environment by keeping conversations quiet and avoiding mobile phone use during treatments.

 

 

 6. Personal Belongings:

  • Please take care of your belongings during your visit and avoid bringing unnecessary valuables. Tell our team promptly if an item is missing or damaged.

  • Responsibility for any loss or damage will be assessed under applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 7. Age Requirement:

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Certain treatments or facilities may have additional age or suitability restrictions.

 

 

 8. Gift Certificates: 

  • Gift certificates can be redeemed for Mizu Spa services, subject to the value and terms stated on the certificate. Please present the certificate when booking or paying.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

 

 

 9. Feedback and Concerns:

  • We welcome feedback about your visit. Please raise any concerns with our staff or management so that we can review them and respond.
